Session Zero Questionnaire

A discussion checklist for the whole table, before the campaign starts — toggle what applies, print or copy the rest.

Starts with everything selected — a comprehensive first pass. Toggle off whole sections or individual questions that don’t apply to your table.

System-Specific Notes (optional)

Only shown for the systems you actually play — toggle a system on to include its notes.

Every question here is original content, free to use with your own table.
